Take Control of Your Strava Data with Privacy Zones
0In this video, I'm going to show you how to create a privacy zone on Strava. Just to note the privacy zone, only applies to where you start and end your activity. So, open up the Strava app on your phone and tap on the settings, gear icon, in the upper right hand corner.
Now tap on privacy controls under the additional controls option, you will see map visibility. So tap on this. So now you have a few options, you can hide the start and end points of activities that happen at a specific address. You can hide the start and end points of activities, no matter where they happen, or you can hide your activity maps from others completely.
But we're going to set up a privacy zone by tapping on the first option, now what we're going to do is add in an address and then we can adjust the radius along the bar just underneath the address And when you're done, hit the Save button and that's basically all there is to it.
