1) Update the Snapchat app to the latest version
2) Open Snapchat and login to your account
3) Tap on the emoji icon at the bottom right of the screen
4) Slide all the way to the right
5) Go to the explore section
6) Search for Upload Pic Filter
7) Now select your picture and you can send it as a snap.
