Steps:

- from the dashboard of PS5, move to the top and then go to the right until you get to settings and open them.

- In settings, open ‘privacy’.

- In privacy settings, select ‘view and customize your privacy settings’.

- The first section here is called ‘your real name and profile picture’, change these options and set them to ‘no one’, this will stop your real name from being visible to everyone except your ‘close friends’, but remember you can choose who your close friends are.
