In this video, I will show you how to store and serve static digital assets using DigitalOceans Spaces service. Spaces Object Storage is an S3-compatible object storage service that is simple to use and scalable. Each DigitalOcean Space, is a bucket that lets you host and share digital products like eBooks in PDF format. It comes with its own built in content delivery network (CDN) which you can enable to edge cache your web assets so that they can be delivered faster to your clients and customers. To improve the aesthetics of your digital products URL, you can add a custom subdomain to your spaces CDN. This is optional, however if you want to pursue a custom domain, you can purchase one at Namecheap using my referral link below.
