To increase the mouse speed on your Steam Deck while in desktop mode, follow these steps:

Open Steam: Launch the Steam client on your Steam Deck.
Access Settings: Go to View - Settings - Controller - Desktop Configuration.
Adjust Sensitivity: In the Desktop Configuration menu, you’ll see an image of the Steam Deck. The trackpads are represented by two squares at the center. Click on the trackpad you want to adjust and look for the sensitivity slider. Adjust it to your preferred speed.

Additionally, you can tweak the joystick mouse settings:

Edit Layout: Go to Edit Layout - Joysticks - Joystick Mouse.
Adjust Sensitivity: Find the sensitivity option in the cog wheel menu and adjust it as needed
