I finally managed getting Chrome 0.2 on Windows 2000 without Extended Kernel and BWC's Chrome Tool! I had to put the "chrome.exe" in the version folder. But however, some features don't do anything.

For Windows XP RTM and SP1 users, use the winhttp.dll from XP SP2.

Unlike later versions, this is the only version to work on Windows 2000 SP4 with Update Rollup 1.
