Running Windows XP with One-Core API on Microsoft Virtual PC 2007: Will it work?

Unfortunately, Windows XP (with One-Core API installed) does not work on Virtual PC 2007. If installed on XP guest VM on Virtual PC 2007 SP1, the system will refuse to boot due to lacking PAE.

Old PCs such as (Pentium 3/4 + Althon XP like from early 2000s PCs) will also refuse to boot Windows XP if One-Core API is installed due to lacking PAE.
