Prerequisites:

Modded PlayStation Vita or PSTV: Firmware's: 3.60-3.68 (Henkaku/Henkaku Enso/H-encore)
Custom Theme Manager Homebrew
VitaShell
USB Cable *If you want to transfer files over USB instead of FTP*
FileZilla *Or any FTP Client*
Wi-Fi *To access the server for the theme manager and download theme's offline to your PS Vita.*
