Simple Mod Menu for Grand Theft Auto 5 was created by 2much4u and is the first publicly released mod menu for a game on PlayStation 4. This works by packaging the mod menu into a payload file which can be sent over to the PS4 via PS4 WebKit Playground and then is loaded in game once GTA5 is booted. It is not permanent, meaning you will have to send over the payload each time you boot up the game and want to play using the mod menu. The mod menu shown in this video is on the first revision and only works on GTA5 version 1.00 at the moment.
