Installing openSUSE 2:15
You can follow the steps below in order to install the #openSUSE #Leap 15 distribution on your computer.
Step 1: To download the openSUSE ISO file, visit https://www.opensuse.org/ and click the Install button in the Leap section.
Step 2: To download the Rufus program, visit https://rufus.ie/ and download the Portable version.
Step 3: Plug an empty USB flash drive into your PC and open the Rufus program. Then click SELECT and add the ISO file and complete the burning process.
Step 4: Boot your computer with a USB stick and press Enter on the Installation option in the boot menu and wait for the Kernel to load.
Step 5: When the installation wizard starts, select your system language and keyboard type. Next, accept openSUSE's license agreement.
Step 6: Confirm adding the Online Repository addresses and choose your desktop environment in the next step.
Step 7: If you are doing a clean install on the disk configuration screen, just click Next. If you are going to do manual disk planning, click the Expert button and open the settings.
Step 8: Select the time zone for your system clock and create a new local user. If you enter a simple password, a warning window will appear. So, create a strong password and continue.
Step 9: Check the settings you have made in the window containing the installation settings and click the Install button to start the system installation.
Step 10: After installing openSUSE Leap 15, restart your PC and you can start using your Linux system once the desktop environment you have chosen is opened.
