Step 1: If you have not previously installed #Ubuntu on VMware Workstation, check out the videos below.

Step 2: After installing it, you need to configure VMware Tools. With VM Tools, you can use all the features of the Ubuntu virtual machine.

Step 3: On the VMware VM menu, click Install VM Tools on the virtual machine.

Step 4: After the VM Tools image is mounted, copy all the files to the mounted drive.

Step 5: Open the Terminal in the folder where you copied the files.

Step 6: To install VM Tools, execute the commands in the 1:35 time frame in the terminal.

Step 7: Restart the virtual machine for the changes to take effect. You can use the command shutdown -r now in the terminal.
