Step 2: Run the .reg file.

Step 1: Run "regedit.exe"

Step 2: Find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Explorer\Shell Folders"

Step 3: After selecting "Shell Folders", right click in the right hand window and select "New" "String Value" and enter "Programs" as the name.

Step 4: Right click the string you just created and select "Modify...". Paste this "C:\\Users\\%USERNAME%\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs" as the "Value data"
