How to Make Photos and Videos in One Video !
If you want to create a video that combines both photos and videos seamlessly, CapCut is one of the best free apps available for Android, iPhone, and even PC. It’s a versatile video editing tool that allows you to place photos and videos side-by-side, in between each other, or even overlay them for creative effects. To get started, download and install the CapCut app from the Play Store, App Store, or visit the CapCut website for the PC version. Since it’s a free app, you might encounter some ads, but they won’t affect your editing experience.
Once you launch CapCut, you have two options: you can either choose from pre-designed templates or manually create a project. If you prefer using templates, tap on the "Templates" section and search for photo-video templates. Some templates may require a premium subscription, but many free options are available. Select the template you like, then add your photos and videos as prompted.
If you’d rather edit manually, tap on "New Project." This allows you to add media without preset effects. First, select your photos from the gallery, then switch to the video tab to add videos. After selecting your media, tap "Add" to import them into the timeline. You’ll see that CapCut arranges them in the order you selected. If you want to adjust the sequence, simply drag and drop the clips or photos to rearrange them. You can also change the duration of each photo by tapping on it and adjusting the slider to make it appear longer or shorter in the video.
To add photos on top of videos, use the "Overlay" feature. Tap on "Overlay," then "Add Overlay" to select the photo or video you want to layer. You can resize and position the overlay using pinch gestures to zoom in or out. This is great for creating picture-in-picture effects or adding logos and stickers. CapCut also allows you to apply transitions, filters, and effects to enhance your project further. Once you’re satisfied with your video, tap on the export icon to save it to your device.
