Hey all!
I’m sorry that I didn’t put text in the video so I recommend you to just follow my steps.
If you do want to know what I did here it is down below.

1. Get your gacha life character and screenshot it in a white background.
2. Go to MagicEraser app and click on all the white background.
3. Go to ibispaintx and insert your photo.
4. Click on the + sign with a box and click on duplicate layer.
5. On the 2nd layer, click on normal, then click on Lighter.
6. Go to filter and go to blur, then click on moving blur.
7. Adjust it how you want it.
8. Go back to the 2nd layer, then adjust the transparency.
9. Your done!
