I found the model at Cults3d and printed it on my Creality CR-10 with Silver EVO PLA filament for the mask and Pearl Gentian Blue PLA for the grid from Neema3D. It took almost 11 hours with supports on, at 0.2 layer height for the mask and 2 hours with supports on at 0.1 for the grid .Watch the video to see the whole process and how to put it together.
