I was asked if a weather mod was possible so it was stormy in game all the time. So I ended up making one and here is my full tutorial on how I did that in 7 Days To Die Alpha 21. This weather mod or correct called weather modlet modifies the 7 days to die xml. 7 days to die xml editing is demonstrated so you can change specific values of exisiting numbers in the biomes.xml file.
