A simple cassava root (bandung / ubi) recipe which can be cooked fast. And the soup is very filling - good alternative to rice or wheat. It is called Pond'nas in bidayuh bijagoi. Basically it is a starchy soup release from the cassava roots just like starch from the corn flour.

The texture is slimy and it taste very nice deliciously yummy food.
