How slow is intel celeron N4000 - review acer aspire a315-32-c6se

This is a review of brand new laptop ACER ASPIRE A315-32-C6SE. It comes with 15-inch screen with the following spec running on Intel Celeron N4000 processor with the following tech spec:
Processor: Intel Celeron n4000 1 Ghz
Graphic: Internal Intel UHD Graphic
Memory: 4 GB DDR 4
Harddisk: 500 GB
It claims that the base processor frequency 1 GHz can surge up to 2.6 GHz maximum which could be true from the performance of the laptop.
Using the normal harddisk the boot time is very consistent at times it is faster and sometimes it is slower. As you can see how slow is the startup time on the video.
The good part of the laptop despite it slow load but once it is loaded the system performance looks very good just like normal i3 or i5 laptops. If the hard disk is using SSD there would be a significant increase in the performance speed and in fact as good as the i3 processor or perhaps better.
The price of the laptop is way cheaper than the i3 and with just an addition of 120 GB hard disk it could be much better. No doubt about it.
