One of the cheapest HP Laptop that i have purchased from Harvey Norman outlet so far just of internet and working use. The performance is extremely slow on boot loading during start up which took about 1 minute.

However once Windows loaded working on Office application like Microsoft Word, Excel seems pretty normal speed. Not very slow and during shut down it does it very fast.

In conclusion the Intel Celeron 1.6 Ghz is not a bad laptop from HP for work and internet surfing if you are on tight budget.
