This video covers the basics of modding State of Decay 2 obtained via gamepass for pc.
I start off the ranting and raving about me recording the the first video all in the wrong scene, making it unusable.
Anyway the vid then goes into the default display of the generic vanilla state. The first step in actual mod prep is getting to your save file located in your app data local.
Once you have navigated to the correct folder location we are going to need to add a Paks folder for holding our mods.
Now we just need to snag our mod file, for this I used Overpowered Backpacks mod. Once downloaded drag and drop paks into the pak folder you created and you are good to go.
That's it your done now just load up and your good to go.
