This video covers how to mod Conan Exiles from Gamepass on pc.
To start off with you have to have Exiles installed to the same location where you copy of windows is installed, normally your c drive.
If you do not you will not have the ability to select mods from the game menus and as a result cant mod.
Once installed to the proper location modding is as simple as enabling mods, opening mods folder, navigating to windowsnoeditor and creating a Mods folder.
The vast majority of mods for Exiles are over on the steam workshop so i use the method to download workshop mods for non workshop games i describe in a different video, video is linked at end.
Once you find the mod and export using https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/ its just a matter of dropping the .pak file into the mods folder you created.
Now start up the game and move the mod from available to selected then restart. That's it you have successfully modded Conan Exiles. Congrats!
