To mute pop-up sounds and navigation sounds on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system - Settings - Accessibility - Audio.
In the Audio settings, you’ll find the following options:
Mute navigation sounds: This silences any sound made when moving around the dashboard.

Mute notification sounds: This silences sounds for achievements, friends signing in, messages received, and other notifications.
Toggle these options on or off based on your preference. Enjoy a quieter gaming experience! 🎮🔇

If you ever want to re-enable the pop-up notification sound, simply head back to Settings - General - Voice & Audio Output - Additional Options and uncheck the Mute Notification Sounds box
