To adjust your Xbox Series X privacy settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system and select Settings.
Ensure you have the settings for Account highlighted.
Select Privacy & online safety.

You’ll find options to customize your privacy settings based on your preferences. Choose from the Child, Teen, or Adult default settings, or select View details & customize to tailor them further.

Additionally, if you’re managing a family group, an organizer can adjust settings for members within the group. Kids can view their own settings but cannot manage them directly. Remember that after updating a member’s settings, they’ll need to sign out and back in for the changes to take effect.

For web-based adjustments, sign in to your Microsoft account. Select your gamertag, click the More actions button (…), and choose Xbox settings. From there, you can review and update your privacy settings
