You can set a custom image as your background on the Xbox Series X using either a USB drive or the Microsoft Edge browser. Let me guide you through both methods:

Via USB Drive:
Copy your chosen image onto a USB device.
Plug the USB drive into your Xbox console.
Navigate to the customized image settings:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select the “Profile & system” tab.
Choose “Settings”.
Go to “General”.

Select “Personalization”.
Choose “My color & background”.
Select “Custom image”.

Pick your desired image from the USB device.
Voilà! Your image will be applied as a custom background.
Via Microsoft Edge Browser:

Open the Microsoft Edge app on your Xbox console.
Find your chosen background image online.
Hover the browser cursor over the image.
Press the menu button on your Xbox controller.
