How to USE USB to Set an Image as Background on Xbox Series X (Settings Tutorial)
You can set a custom image as your background on the Xbox Series X using either a USB drive or the Microsoft Edge browser. Let me guide you through both methods:
Via USB Drive:
Copy your chosen image onto a USB device.
Plug the USB drive into your Xbox console.
Navigate to the customized image settings:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select the “Profile & system” tab.
Choose “Settings”.
Go to “General”.
Select “Personalization”.
Choose “My color & background”.
Select “Custom image”.
Pick your desired image from the USB device.
Voilà! Your image will be applied as a custom background.
Via Microsoft Edge Browser:
Open the Microsoft Edge app on your Xbox console.
Find your chosen background image online.
Hover the browser cursor over the image.
Press the menu button on your Xbox controller.
Select “Set as background”.
And there you have it—a custom background set!
Remember, for the USB method, ensure that each image is under 3MB in size, in either JPG or PNG format, and preferably 1920x1080 resolution. Enjoy personalizing your Xbox experience!
