How to Pin Sites to Taskbar in Microsoft Edge [Tutorial]
In this day and age, people rely heavily on the internet to get things done. That means that many of us need and want shortcuts to our favorite websites. Besides bookmarks, another handy way of keeping the web pages that we visit most often as close as possible is to pin them to the Start Menu or the taskbar.
Microsoft Edge is a new web browser that is available across the Windows 10 device family. It is designed for Windows 10 to be faster, safer, and compatible with the modern Web.
Starting with Windows 10 build 16215, you can now pin a website to the taskbar from Microsoft Edge. The site’s icon will be used to give you quick access to your favorite sites right from the taskbar.
Starting with Windows 10 build 16241, the Pin to Taskbar option is now grayed out for InPrivate sessions in Microsoft Edge. Websites pinned to the taskbar from an InPrivate session on a previous build will now open in a regular (non-InPrivate) Microsoft Edge session.
This tutorial will show you how to pin to taskbar a website open in Microsoft Edge for your account in Windows 10.
