To place your Amazon Firestick remote into Bluetooth pairing mode, follow these steps:

Press and hold the Home button on your remote for about 10 seconds. You should see an orange light blinking on the remote.
On your Fire TV, go to Settings.
Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices.
Choose Amazon Fire TV Remotes.

Select Add New Remote.
Your Fire TV will start searching for the remote. Once it finds it, select the remote from the list to pair it.
