Yes, you can use a PS2 controller or any type of PC USB controller that is not the real Xbox 360 controller, and have that work with Black Ops 2. How? By using the xbox 360 controller emulator program, you can trick the game into thinking you have an xbox 360 controller, when in reality you don't. See the tutorial to learn more. It's pretty simple!
