To play GTA 5 online with your PS4 friends on PS5, you need to follow these steps:

Launch GTA 5 on your PS5 console.
Select the PS4 version of GTA 5 to play cross-gen.
Add your PS4 friends to your friends list on your PlayStation or Xbox profile.


Once your friends are added, you can invite them to join your game session.
