Step-by-Step Guide:
Open Settings: Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap Screen Time: Scroll down and select Screen Time.
Turn On Screen Time: If you haven't already enabled it, tap Turn On Screen Time, then tap Continue and choose whether the iPhone is yours or your child’s.
Tap App Limits: Under Screen Time, tap App Limits.
Add a Limit:
Tap Add Limit to create a new limit for the apps you want to restrict.
Select the category (e.g., Social or Entertainment) or choose specific apps individually by expanding categories.
