If you’re looking to cancel your Nintendo Switch Online membership, here’s how you can do it:

Auto-Renewal Method:

You can cancel your Nintendo Switch Online membership by turning off auto-renewal at least 48 hours before it is set to expire.

This way, you’ll be able to continue using the Nintendo Switch Online service until it ends on the date listed in your membership settings on Nintendo eShop and the Nintendo Account website.

Important Considerations:

Keep in mind that if you discontinue your membership, you will lose various benefits of Nintendo Switch Online:

Save Data Cloud backup will no longer be available. However, you can continue to use the save data that is saved to your system memory.

If you have purchased a family membership, other members of your family group will also no longer be able to use the service when your membership ends.

Per the Nintendo Switch Online Terms of Service, refunds or credits for remaining time left on your membership cannot be offered
