You can add a credit card to your Nintendo Switch account for making purchases on the eShop. Here are the steps:

Using the Nintendo Switch eShop:
Open the Nintendo eShop from the home page of your Switch.
Tap on your user icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to “Credit Card Information” on the account info tab and tap on “Save.”

Fill in your credit card details and tap “Save.”
Using the Nintendo Account Website:
Access the Nintendo Account login page.
Log in to your Nintendo Account.

Select “Shop Menu” on the left side of your screen.
Choose “Credit Card” and click “Save” to store the card
