This means you can easily record the screen on your chromebook without installing any third party software. You can record anything you do on your Chromebook screen including games such as Roblox and then share the video on YouTube or social media. Follow the steps below to record screen on Chromebook without software:
1. Turn on your Chromebook and login.
2. Select the clock in the bottom right and then in the menu select the option for screen recorder.
3. A new menu will open that includes the ability to take a screenshot or video record your screen. Toggle the switch over to screen recorder.
4. Select the type of screen recording full screen, partial screen, or just a window.
5. If you'd like to record your Mic, select the gear and then toggle on the Mic.
6. Select the screen to start the recording.
7. To stop the recoding simple select the red record icon in the bottom right. Recordings can be found in the Videos folder on your Chromebook.
