Step 1. Open your Synology DiskStation Manager, click "Package Center," and then click "Installed" to see all of your installed apps.

Step 2. Click to open "Cloud Sync." The Cloud Sync app opens, and you'll see a list of all of the accounts you're syncing and backing up to your Synology NAS on the left side of the screen.

Step 3. Click the account you want to unlink and stop syncing. Info for that account will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

Step 4. Make sure "Overview" is selected. Click to expand the "Manage" drop-down. You'll see options where you can either pause syncing and backing up your cloud storage service to your Synology NAS, or you can fully unlink and disconnect that account from your Synology NAS. In this example, I'll click "Unlink." A window opens asking if you're sure you want to unlink your Google Drive or OneDrive account from your Synology NAS.

Step 5. Click "Yes." After a few seconds you'll see a message letting you know that you've successfully unlinked the connection. You'll see that specific account is now removed from your list of synced accounts on the left side of the screen.
