How to Select Multiple Files to Copy or Delete on Windows 10/11 (Easy Method)
3Selecting multiple files to copy or delete in Windows 10 and Windows 11 is easy. Here are several methods to do so:
Method 1: Using the Mouse and Keyboard
Select Consecutive Files:
Click on the first file in the group you want to select.
Hold down the Shift key, then click on the last file in the group. This will select all files in between.
Select Non-Consecutive Files:
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on each file you want to select. This allows you to pick files that are not next to each other.
Method 2: Using Keyboard Shortcuts
Select All Files:
Press Ctrl + A to select all files in the current folder.
Copy Selected Files:
After selecting the files, press Ctrl + C to copy them.
Navigate to the destination folder and press Ctrl + V to paste the copied files.
Delete Selected Files:
After selecting the files, press the Delete key to move them to the Recycle Bin.
