To send a message to someone on Roblox from your PC, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to Roblox:

Go to the Roblox website and log in to your account.
Find the User:

Search for the User: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find the user you want to message. Type their username and select their profile from the search results.
Go to Their Profile: You can also find a user’s profile from your friends list, followers list, or by clicking their username in a game.
Send a Message:

On the user’s profile page, click on the Message button located near their profile picture and username.
If the Message button is not visible, it could be due to the user’s privacy settings, which might restrict messaging.
Compose Your Message:

A message box will pop up where you can type your message.
Enter your message in the text box and click Send to send the message.
Additional Tips
Message Restrictions: If you cannot find the Message button, the user may have privacy settings that prevent you from messaging them. Additionally, if you are not friends with the user and their settings restrict messaging to friends only, you won't be able to send them a message.
Check Inbox: To check your own messages, click on the Messages icon (envelope) in the top-right corner of the screen.
