Steps:

- Launch the discord app. If you are currently in a server then start by tapping the 3 lines button at the top left of the screen.

- Now select your profile icon from the bottom right.

- On your profile page, tap the first setting called ‘set status’.

- Now tap ‘set a custom status’ from the bottom.

- Write your custom status here and choose how long you want it to appear for, after the selected time your status will clear. You can also choose to keep your custom status until you turn it off by selecting ‘don’t clear’.

- Tap save once done.

- Your custom status has been updated
