Steps:

- Open up the instagram app and tap on your user icon from the bottom right corner of the homepage.

- Then tap on the three horizontal lines button in the top right corner.

- Tap on ‘settings’ from the menu that appears.

- In settings, tap ‘privacy’

- Scroll down and tap on ‘Blocked accounts’

- Here is the list of all the accounts you have blocked.

- If you would like to unblock an account, simply tap on ‘unblock’ and then tap ‘unblock’ again on the popup.

- That account will now be unblocked and they will be able to see your posts and follow you again.
