Here's the Week 1 interactive cutscene with Eris Morn and her fireteam in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep. The quest is called Memory of Sai Mota, and you must complete the objectives listed in the video to get this bit of story.

To get access to these quests, you must have done the following:
- Complete the Shadowkeep Campaign and hit 900 Power to access Eris Bounties
- Complete the Lunar Spelunker Bounty from Eris Morn and turn in the Fragment in the Lost Sector Vault from to acquire the first quest: Memory of Sai Mota (Guide here: https://youtu.be/jUQ5S9T4jaE)
- Once you've completed the Memory of Sai Mota, you should get access to the rest of the quests at the next reset. If you don't, try completing the Luna's Recall bounty.
