How to Switch your Steam Account on Steam Deck (Change Account)
0To switch your Steam account on a Steam Deck, follow these steps:
Go to the Steam Menu:
Press the Steam button on your Steam Deck to open the main Steam menu.
Navigate to Settings:
Scroll down and select Settings from the menu options.
Go to Account Settings:
In the Settings menu, select the Account tab.
Log Out of Current Account:
In the Account section, select Log Out. This will log you out of your current Steam account.
Confirm Log Out:
Confirm that you want to log out of your account. The Steam Deck will restart or return to the login screen.
Sign In to Another Account:
Once logged out, you'll be taken to the login screen. Enter the credentials for the Steam account you want to switch to and log in.
Optional - Save Password for Easy Switching:
If you plan to switch between accounts frequently, you can choose to save the password for each account. This will make it easier to switch accounts without needing to re-enter your password each time.
