How To: Tachanka - Rainbow 6 Siege Operator Guide & Gameplay
423Hey guys, and welcome to the final video in this Operator guide series! For the last time we're going to be looking at the Defender Tachanka, and the tactics behind his gun emplacement ability.
His heavy-weapon deployment can be both a tactical boon and spell death for the player mounting it; if placed incorrectly, you're likely going to be taking a bullet to the face, but if you put a little thought into it, decimating the enemy team will no longer be a far off dream!
Tachanka doesn't necessarily play well with other defenders like Castle, as they will block his lines of sight. However, defenders that can create choke points or slow attackers (via traps, barbed wire) will play right into Tachanka's strength. Be sure to try and funnel the enemy team right into his line of fire, and they'll scatter and become disorganized before they even realize what happened.
