To test your internet connection speed on PS5, follow these steps:

Go to Settings.
Select Network.
Choose Test Internet Connection.
This will take approximately 30 seconds to complete and will display your download and upload speeds in Mbps. If you want to get a better connection, try connecting to the 5G Wi-Fi or the LAN.

If you’re experiencing slow internet speeds on your PS5, you can try the following tips to improve your connection:

Use a wired connection (LAN) instead of Wi-Fi.
Move your PS5 closer to your router to improve signal strength.
