To set up a wired LAN internet connection on your PS5 console, follow these steps:

Locate the Ethernet port on the back of your PS5 console. It is labeled with an Ethernet icon.
Take one end of the Ethernet cable and insert it into the Ethernet port on your PS5 console. Make sure it is securely plugged in.
Take the other end of the Ethernet cable and insert it into your modem or router.
Turn on your PS5 console and go to Settings from the home screen.
Select Network.
Choose Settings.
Select Set Up Internet Connection.
Choose Use a LAN Cable.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
If you’re having trouble connecting to a wired LAN internet connection, you may want to try resetting your network settings. To do this, go to Settings, select Network, choose Settings, and then select Reset Network Settings
