When you plug in your iPhone to your Computer, sometimes it's very confusing how you can transfer the pictures you've taken using your phone to your computer. You'll also encounter an issue where the DCIM folder won't show up, interrupted action or device is unreachable error. Here's how you can do it properly.

Here's the list of steps you have to do in order for it to properly work:

1. Before you connect your iPhone to your PC, make sure to:

2. Disable your iCloud Photos first.

3. Reset your Location & Privacy.

4. Set Transfer to Mac or PC as Keep Originals

5. Connect your iPhone using a USB to your PC.

6. Check your My Computer/This PC and find your iPhone.

7. Click your iPhone and look for the DCIM folder.

8. If you followed everything correctly, you should be able to transfer your photos to your computer now.
