You can turn off comments on your YouTube videos using the YouTube Studio app on your phone. Here’s how:

Open the YouTube Studio app on your phone.
Tap the menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner.
Select “Videos” from the menu.

Find the video you want to disable comments for and tap on it.
Tap the pencil icon at the top of the screen to edit the video.
Swipe over to the “Advanced Settings” tab.
Scroll down to the “Comments” section.

Select “Disable comments” from the dropdown menu.
Tap “Save” in the upper-right corner.
This will disable comments for that specific video
