Meet Now https://www.skype.com/en/free-conference-call
Steps To Turn Off Meet Now:
1. Right click on your Desktop and left click on Personalize
2. Left click on Taskbar on the left hand side.
3. Scroll down to the notification area and left click on "Turn system icon on or off"
4. Find the Meet Now system icon and toggle it off.
The Meet now system icon on the bottom right corner of the task bar should then disappear.
To Turn back on the Meet Now system icon just toggle back on the Meet Now System icon.
You Can Also "Hide" Meet Now (This was not demonstrated in the video):
1. To quickly hide Meet Now locate the icon at the bottom right hand corner of your task bar.
2. Right click on it and select "Hide"
Please note, this does not turn it off, it only hides it from your views.
What Is Meet Now?
Meet Now in Skype allows you to easily set up a collaboration space and invite both Skype contacts and friends or family who are not on Skype. Participants can then easily join meetings whether they have an account or not.
