In this video I show you how to request your account info from WhatsApp. Once requested, WhatsApp will generate a report of your WhatsApp Account information and settings which you can access or port to another account.
Steps to Request All Your Account Information From WhatsApp:
1. Locate the WhatsApp application on your smartphone and open up the application
2. Tap on the three vertical dots on the top right hand corner
3. Tap on Settings
4. Tap on Account
5. Tap on Request account info
6. Tap on request report
7. Your report will be ready in about 3 days. You'll have a few weeks to download your report after its available. Your request will be cancelled if you make changes to your account such as changing your number or deleting your account.
8. Once your report has been generated tap on the download button to download your personal WhatsApp account report to your device.
9. View your report.
Congratulations you have successfully generated a report for your WhatsApp account.
