Follow the steps below to turn on Aim Assist in Fornite:
1. Open Fortnite.
2. From the main menu select your avatar in the top right.
3. Select the Gear near the bottom of the menu.
4. Then select Settings.
5. Once in the settings select the Controller Gear icon in the top menu labeled Controller.
6. Scroll down and enable advanced options under sensitivity.
7. Then under advanced sensitivity make sure aim assist strength is at 100%.
