How to Turn On or OFF Closed Captions on PS4 Console (Subtitles Tutorial)

To Turn On Closed Captions:
Start the Game or Application:
Launch the game or application for which you want to enable closed captions.
Access the Accessibility Menu:
While in the game or application, press and hold the PS button on your controller to bring up the quick menu.
Open the Accessibility Options:
From the quick menu, scroll down and select "Sound/Devices."
