From the PS4 Home Screen, scroll up to access the top menu bar.
Navigate to the far right and select "Settings" (toolbox icon).
Scroll down and select "Account Management."
Choose "Privacy Settings."
Manage Messages and Game Invites:

Select "Custom" from the Privacy Settings menu.
In the "Messages" section, you can adjust who can send you messages and game invitations.
Change Message and Game Invite Settings:

Choose "Messages" and set the option to "No One" if you want to block all incoming messages.
Choose "Game Invitations" and set the option to "No One" if you want to block all game invitations.
