To turn on Vibrant Visuals in Minecraft Bedrock Preview on PC, follow these steps:

Install Minecraft Preview:
Open the Minecraft Launcher and select the Minecraft Preview tab on the left-hand side. Click Install or Play to download it. Alternatively, you can get it from the Microsoft Store by searching for Minecraft Preview and signing in with your Microsoft account.

You need to own Minecraft Bedrock Edition or have a PC Game Pass/Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
Launch Minecraft Preview:

Open Minecraft Preview from the launcher or Microsoft Store. It runs separately from the main Bedrock Edition, so your retail worlds won’t be affected.

Enable Vibrant Visuals:
From the main menu, click Play Preview, then select Create New World or Edit World for an existing world.

Go to the Experiments tab in the world settings.
Scroll to the Video settings section and toggle on the Vibrant Visuals option. You can also choose between Favor Performance or Favor Visuals and adjust specific settings by expanding Vibrant Visuals Options.

Click Create or Save, then start the world to experience Vibrant Visuals, which enhances lighting, shadows, and reflections.
